Emma was seventeen when someone remarked that she would be “wonderful working with weddings.” At the time, she didn’t fully grasp what that meant, but the sentiment quietly planted a seed.

A few short years later, Timeless White was born. It quickly became clear to Emma that being a wedding planner is about so much more than styling tables and orchestrating picture-perfect moments—it is about sharing a deep care for highly personalised events with our clients, thoughtful precision, and the privilege of bringing love stories to life.

Since 2010, the TW team have embraced this responsibility with passion, professionalism, and heart. Each wedding is an honour, and every detail is a reflection of the love and trust our couples place in us.

Having started her career as a Scottish wedding planner in 2010 with the launch of Timeless White, Emma loves contributing to her clients’ weddings with passion, process and lots of inspiration and past experience. Some might say Emma could make an event out of a crisp packet opening!

Our cheerful, English bulldog-loving Jamie joined us early 2021 from a stunning exclusive use property. From the moment Emma begun to work with Jamie, she knew he was on her A-Team! Located in Edinburgh and a man with an eye for detail and great taste, Jamie brings heart and vision to our clients’ weddings.
